Hong Kong resumes more San Tin Technopole land

Hong Kong’s Lands Department said on September 24 that it had posted land resumption notices for the third batch of Phase 1 and the first batch of Phase 2 of the San Tin Technopole development, together with acquisition notices for Phase 2. The move covers private land, graves, urns and fishponds that will be taken back or acquired for the project. All of the affected land will officially revert to the Government on December 26.
